These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Apaxaa, a product owned and operated by APAXAA TECHNOLOGIES LTD ("we", "us", "our").
By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Apaxaa.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Apaxaa. If you're using our services on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these Terms.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access at hello@apaxaa.com.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Apaxaa to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
- Send or receive funds from illegal activities
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your business
- Interfere with the security or integrity of our services
- Send spam, malware, or other harmful content
- Attempt to access accounts or data that isn't yours
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
4. Products and services
Apaxaa owns and operates multiple products including Vernsa, Vernsa Wallet and Joyet. Each product may have its own terms, and your use of a product constitutes acceptance of those terms.
Certain products โ including digital wallets, payment platforms and electronic financial services โ may be operated through licensed subsidiaries, licensed partners or under applicable regulatory approvals.
5. Intellectual property
All content, branding, software, and design associated with Apaxaa are owned by APAXAA TECHNOLOGIES LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our services except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
6. Disclaimers
Apaxaa is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, APAXAA TECHNOLOGIES LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Apaxaa.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of Apaxaa after changes means you accept the new Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Enugu State, Nigeria, unless otherwise required by law.
