Apaxaa started as an idea in 2020. It became a registered Nigerian company in 2026. In between, we built quietly — and we're not done yet.
Origin
We started in 2020.
We just weren't loud about it.
Apaxaa was founded in 2020 — not as a company with an office and a logo, but as a small group of people frustrated by the same thing: technology that was supposed to make life easier was often making it harder.
For six years, we built. We sketched, prototyped, tested, threw things away, and started over. We learned what we wanted Apaxaa to be by finding out what it shouldn't be.
On 24 September 2026, APAXAA TECHNOLOGIES LTD was formally registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria (RC 9886261). That day didn't mark the start of Apaxaa — it marked the moment we stopped building quietly and started building in the open.
Today, we own and build three products: Vernsa, Vernsa Wallet, and Joyet. We're small, we're deliberate, and we're only getting started.

APAXAA TECHNOLOGIES LTD is registered
Formally registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria. RC 9886261.
Late 2026
Vernsa & Joyet enter beta
Both products move into closed beta. Real users, real feedback, real refinement.
Early 2027
Vernsa & Joyet go public
Full public release. Not before they're ready — but when they are, we'll be loud about it.
